Before attempting to service any VIAIR compressor, check the date on your sales receipt. If the compressor is under ONE YEAR since the date of sale on the receipt, you may be able to send the compressor to VIAIR Corporation for a warranty inspection. Fax a copy of your original sales receipt to VIAIR at (949) 585-0188 to the attention of “Warranty Dept.” with your phone number clearly written on the receipt. Call (949) 585-0011 to verify that VIAIR has received your dated proof of purchase. RGA numbers are valid for 30 days. Once an RGA number is assigned, ship the unit to VIAIR. A tracking number is beneficial to you, to prove delivery of the damaged item.
